Request A Quote Activation
Request a Quote within “messages” section.
If eligible, you’ll see the ability to turn in “Request a Quote within the messages section. You can turn the quote button on or off you turning on or turning off profile chat messages.
Request a Quote within the “customers” section.
If eligible, you’ll click “customers” and then “quote requests”. Click the 3 dots in the upper right portion of the screen to get to the “quote requests settings”. You can turn “quote requests” on or off here.
Eligibility
Your eligibility to utilize the “Request a quote” feature is based upon your business category and other factors. If you do not see the feature, Google has not made it available to you.

Prospective customers can request a quote by clicking the “Request a Quote” button as illustrated.
They’ll be direct to a quest request submission form that sends the form data to you via email, Google Business profile text message or both, depending upon your account settings.


Quote Submission Form
By “requesting a quote” visitors are directed to a “quote submission form”. Forms differ based upon your business category.
Delivery of form submission results are dependent upon your “request a quote” settings.
