View The Most Relevant Reviews

The first button lets you sort your reviews by the most relevant ones. What makes one particular review more relevant than another? Let’s take a look…

Google takes the number of words in the review into consideration. The inclusion of the business name in the review is also a factor. The detailed contents of the review is another thing Google considers. The person leaving the reviews also matters and can be influenced by their Google Local Guide status. Recency of the review also makes it more relevant, and this decreases over time.

Google allows you to sort the most recent reviews. Recency of reviews impacts their relevance. You’ll want to make sure you respond the new reviews in a timely manner as Google keeps track of your response time.

View The Highest Reviews

Sorting the reviews by the “highest” makes it easy for you to browse through the best of your reviews and stay on top of the things you’re doing well. You can quickly see which customers are your biggest fans. This provides great incentive for you to get to know them better, they may have a lot of local influence, either in-person or on social media.

Respond To Reviews

Responding to reviews, good or bad, in a timely and professional manner is very important. Google keeps track of your response time and the contents of your reply.

What do you say? How do you reply?

Thank the reviewer for taking time to leave a review and for their feedback. Be professional and not confrontational. Remember, your response is visible and something all potential customers can see.

Your Link Loaded and Ready To Share

The Mobile Card Link, opens a screen on your phone with your review link ready to be shared.

The share options available to you depend upon your phone and applications enabled on it. Let’s take a look at a few of the most common share applications available on most phones…

Text Your Link

Message Option

One review link share option is sms text “messages” application.

Tapping the “messages” icon places the link into your message application. You can send the link as you would send a sms text message.

This link share method works fine if you’re sending someone the link in conversation, but is limited as an ongoing review generation method.

Review Link in Text
Review Link in Email Mobile

Email Your Link

Email Option

Another review link share option is using your “email” application.

Tapping the “email” icon places the link into your email application. You can send the link as you would send an email.

This works fine if you’re sending someone the link in conversation, but not as part of consistent review generation system.

Save Your Link In Notes

Another review link share option is to paste your link into your “notes” application.

Tapping the “notes” icon places the link into a new “note” in your notes application. You can open and share the note with any customer you wish.

As with the previously discussed link share methods, this method works fine for one off review requests, but falls short as consistent review generation system.
